Yes. Each plan covers one location and its team. There's no extra per-user, per-phone-number or per-brand charge for that location.
No. Reserve A Table never charges per cover, per booking or commission. Standard third-party processing, integration and tax charges may still apply.
For normal restaurant use there's no call counting, minute allowance, message cap or overage bill. Unlimited AI calls, SMS and WhatsApp sit under our Fair Use Policy.
It answers concurrent calls for the location. Calls aren't counted or billed by how many arrive together.
